Salary: $115,000 – $125,000

Responsibilities
- Lead brand planning and go-to-market strategy across key retail and e-commerce partners.
- Adapt global strategies into impactful, consumer-facing U.S. campaigns and content.
- Oversee product lifecycle management from planning through launch and pricing.
- Drive omnichannel marketing programs to build awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive storytelling and execution.
- Analyze performance and market insights to refine strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage budgets and support investment planning across marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4–7+ years of experience in brand or channel marketing in beauty categories (ideally skincare).
- Proven track record of leading campaigns from strategy through execution.
- Strong analytical, project management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Deep understanding of omnichannel retail and digital marketing best practices.
