Title: Marketing and Client Experience Assistant

Company Description: High Jewelry – Globally renowned luxury jewelry house. 

Location: New York, New York

Salary: $70,000 – $75,000

Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JPSearch. 

Responsibilities:

• Support planning and execution of client events, including logistics, materials, and post-event reporting
• Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and maintaining calendars
• Help prepare marketing materials and client communications
• Liaise with cross-functional teams and retail partners to ensure alignment on campaigns and activations
• Assist with product logistics during photo shoots and other marketing activities

Requirements:

• 3+ relevant years in marketing, events, or client services; luxury or premium brand experience required
• Exceptional organization, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Professional, detail-oriented, and client-service minded
• Willingness to support occasional evening/weekend events and light travel
