Salary: $120,000 – $125,000

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive retention, loyalty, and sales growth.

Manage client data and segmentation to personalize communications and improve client targeting.

Lead CRM tool adoption and training for retail teams, serving as a key point of contact.

Partner with retail and marketing teams to create impactful campaigns and client experiences.

Generate reports and insights on CRM performance and client behavior to inform business decisions.

Design and implement client development strategies to engage top clients and acquire new ones.

Support personalized, high-touch experiences that elevate clienteling across retail teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

5+ years of experience in CRM, marketing, or client development roles.

Proven experience with CRM platforms and database management.

Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to turn insights into action.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative.

Passion for luxury jewelry or watches; industry experience strongly preferred.
