Salary: $75,000-$110,000

Responsibilities:
- Build and manage seasonal demand plans aligned to international market strategies, balancing growth opportunities with inventory efficiency
- Own demand forecasting for assigned regions, categories, or brands, using historical performance and forward-looking inputs
- Analyze sales trends by market, product classification, size curve, color, and channel to identify risks and opportunities
- Partner with merchandising and category leaders to influence line architecture, depth, and regional assortment decisions
- Establish regular planning checkpoints with cross-functional partners to align on forecasts, performance, and course-correction actions
- Translate market insights and sales data into actionable recommendations for future seasons
- Monitor in-season performance versus plan and proactively propose adjustments to maximize sell-through and margin
- Support sourcing and supply planning by communicating demand shifts, reconciliations, and volume needs
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial and demand planning tools to support long-range and seasonal planning
- Represent international market requirements in product development and merchandising reviews
- Contribute to ad hoc analyses and special planning initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, merchandise planning, or forecasting within wholesale or global apparel environments
- Proven experience working with international markets and multi-region planning complexities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong working knowledge of planning systems and reporting tools
- Highly analytical with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with comfort collaborating across functions and regions
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Background in children’s wear, fashion, or seasonal product categories
- Experience supporting wholesale or distributor-based international businesses
- Familiarity with ERP or legacy planning systems
