About the Role
We are seeking a Fine Jewelry & Watch Specialist in Phoenix with expertise in authenticating luxury jewelry and watches. This role is ideal for candidates from consignment or vintage shops who can distinguish real from fake, or from luxury retail (e.g., Chanel) and resale e-commerce companies. While training is provided, this level requires strong expertise from day one.

What You’ll Do Every Day

Authenticate luxury branded fine jewelry and watches, including items in low- and high-risk categories.
Inspect consigned items for condition, quality of materials, and acceptance standards.
Use reference guides, historical data, and market research to verify authenticity.
Research fair market value and demand for branded and unbranded jewelry.
Set list prices with guidance and approval from senior specialists.
Enter accurate product data, including measurements and fabrication details.
Support pricing and product evaluation using standard methodology, factoring condition, style, and market value.
Meet production targets and contribute to process/system improvements through feedback and testing.

What You Bring
Minimum Requirements:

2+ years of fine jewelry & watch experience in retail or wholesale.
Experience with luxury brands
Diamond experience preferred, appraisal experience a plus.
Strong vision, depth perception, and color differentiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Computer proficiency and data entry skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Outstanding work ethic, organization, and time management skills.
Confident communicator with a collaborative, positive attitude.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay: $24.04–$25.50
Monthly bonus up to $400 (based on goals)
