The Role
This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving and executing the company’s global sales strategy across Retail, E-Commerce, and Wholesale.
You will lead all revenue channels, ensuring a seamless and elevated customer experience, while identifying and delivering new commercial opportunities both in the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy

Develop and deliver a cohesive sales strategy across Retail, E-Commerce, and Wholesale

Drive revenue growth across all channels, ensuring alignment with brand positioning

Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets internationally
Retail & Operations

Oversee boutique performance, ensuring exceptional service and strong commercial results

Lead and develop in-store teams, maintaining high standards of customer experience

Ensure alignment between retail, online, and operational functions
E-Commerce & Omnichannel

Work closely with digital teams to optimise online performance and customer journey

Ensure consistency between physical retail and online experience

Leverage data and insights to drive conversion and retention
Wholesale & Partnerships

Expand and manage wholesale relationships across the UK and internationally

Target premium retailers, strategic partners, and global distribution opportunities

Build long-term, high-value partnerships that support brand growth
International Expansion

Play a key role in executing expansion into Europe and the USA

Identify market entry strategies, partners, and growth opportunities

Build a scalable global sales infrastructure
Candidate Profile

Proven experience operating across Retail, E-Commerce, and Wholesale (essential)

Strong network / black book of industry contacts across relevant sectors

Demonstrated success in driving multi-channel sales growth

Experience working within premium or luxury brands

Track record of developing international markets and partnerships

Commercially astute, strategic, and highly results-driven
