Title: Global Education Senior Manager, Skincare

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid: 3 days in-office/week)

Salary: $135,000 – $150,000

Responsibilities:

• Lead a modern global education strategy for skincare and makeup

• Develop scalable, digital-first training frameworks aligned with brand and regional priorities

• Translate technical product details into clear, engaging learning materials

• Create decks, videos, launch guides, and digital content for global use

• Serve as an on-camera educator for internal, retailer, and social/digital platforms

• Partner with LA and international teams to align messaging and priorities

• Support global regions with training tools, materials, and webinars

• Gather feedback and iterate content for consistency and relevance

• Collaborate with Brand, Product Innovation, Creative, Digital, and Retail teams

Requirements:

• 6–10 years in global education, training, or brand communications (skincare/makeup preferred)

• Strong understanding of skincare/makeup science and ability to simplify for diverse audiences

• Experience creating global education content, retailer training, and digital learning materials

• Comfortable on camera with strong presentation, storytelling, and social media skills

• Excellent writing, communication, and visual design skills

• Proficient in PowerPoint; LMS or digital learning experience a plus

• Strategic thinker with global perspective, innovative mindset, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
