Salary: $65,000-$70,000

Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and achieve all store sales and KPI goals.
- Oversee full store operations, including scheduling, payroll management, inventory control, loss prevention, and adherence to brand policies.
- Drive business performance through strategic planning, data analysis, and implementing initiatives that enhance sales and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective clienteling, community engagement, and personalized service.
- Foster an entrepreneurial culture where team members take ownership, contribute ideas, and elevate the store experience.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop top-tier talent to ensure a service-driven and results-oriented team.
- Maintain brand standards through strong visual merchandising execution and attention to detail.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company’s values and mission both in-store and within the local market.
- Partner with corporate and cross-functional teams, providing feedback, insights, and opportunities for improvement or innovation.
- Lead by example, setting clear expectations and cultivating a positive, inclusive, and high-accountability environment.
Requirements:
- Must be a current Store Manager with 3+ years of retail leadership experience (luxury, affordable luxury, timepieces, accessories, or specialty retail ideal).
- Strong business acumen and a well-rounded skill set across sales, operations, merchandising, and people leadership.
- Proven entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative, lead change, and identify new business opportunities.
- Exceptional clienteling and customer relationship-building skills.
- Strong coaching, communication, and team development capabilities.
- Ability to analyze business trends and make strategic decisions to drive results.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and ownership.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
