Title: Full-Time Sales-Associate

Salary: $45,000-$58,000 plus commission

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service through styling, product knowledge, and personalized engagement.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through outreach, follow-ups, and thoughtful clienteling practices.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding personal and store goals.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current trends, brand assortment, and product details to better serve clients.
• Support floor operations, including fitting room management, replenishment, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
• Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the store consistently reflects brand standards.
• Participate in inventory management, including receiving, processing, and restocking product.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive, energetic, and service-driven environment.

Requirements:

• At least 1+ year of retail sales experience, preferably within contemporary, advanced contemporary, or specialty apparel.
• Proven experience in clienteling and building lasting customer relationships.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
• A passion for fashion, styling, and delivering personalized service.
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
