Enterprise Business Development Lead (SaaS – Beauty & Fashion)

Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise BD leader to drive strategic growth and expand adoption of their SaaS platform across global beauty, fashion, and wellness brands.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at selling platforms (not point solutions), navigating complex organizations, influencing senior stakeholders, and collaborating across internal teams.  Help global beauty and fashion brands transform their consumer experiences and scale next-generation digital and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise expansion across multi-brand and multi-market clients
• Build and execute strategic growth plans that significantly increase account value
• Develop complex, multi-year commercial partnerships
• Engage C?level and digital/innovation leaders to position the platform as strategic infrastructure
• Translate innovation (AI, personalization, automation) into business outcomes
• Partner cross?functionally with product, marketing, and account teams

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years in enterprise SaaS or platform business development
• Proven success closing complex, multi-product, or portfolio-level deals
• Experience growing large enterprise accounts—not just landing them
• Strong communicator with executive presence
• Comfortable collaborating across internal and external partners
• Flexible, strategic thinker who can connect innovation to commercial value

Bonus: Experience in beauty, fashion, retail, or consumer brands; background in AI or data-driven solutions.
