Company Description:
Seeking an experienced ecommerce leader to drive digital growth and customer engagement across online channels for luxury beauty/skincare portfolio.
Location: New York, New York (Hybrid)
Salary: $100,000 – $110,000
Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JPSearch.
Responsibilities:

Lead ecommerce strategy across DTC channels, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Oversee email and SMS marketing programs, including strategy, execution, and calendar management.

Manage onsite merchandising, content, and optimization to enhance the customer experience and KPIs.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, CRM, sales, operations, creative, and external partners.

Monitor and analyze site performance, implementing tests and optimizations to improve results.

Coordinate digital content creation and campaigns with internal and external teams.

Support paid media efforts to drive traffic and revenue.

Stay current on ecommerce trends, digital marketing technologies, and competitive landscape.
Requirements:

5–6+ years in ecommerce, online retail, or digital project management; Beauty experience required

Proven record of driving online sales and growth

Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify) and ESPs (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive)

Strong analytical skills, experience with web metrics and reporting tools

Understanding of HTML/CSS and Microsoft Office

BA in Marketing, Business, or related field

Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills
