Our client, part of Korea’s beauty powerhouse group, is growing fast in the U.S.
We’re looking for a digitally savvy, K-Beauty–loving commercial operator to help scale our U.S. business across Amazon, TikTok Shop, DTC, and emerging channels.

What You’ll Do
- Execute U.S. sales & channel plans based on HQ strategy
- Manage sell-in, sell-through, forecasting & inventory
- Own digital commerce operations: Amazon, TikTok Shop, DTC
- Run affiliate/creator commerce initiatives
- Support new channel exploration & early conversations
- Align closely with HQ; manage launches & SKU onboarding
- Track K-Beauty, Gen Z, and competitive trends
Who You Are
- 6–10 years’ experience in beauty or CPG
- Strong understanding of the U.S. beauty landscape
- Genuine passion for K-Beauty and its consumer culture
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable operating independently
- Excellent communicator; works well with cross-functional global teams
- PST-friendly for collaboration with Seoul HQ
