Salary: $75,000-$110,000

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain seasonal and annual demand forecasts across major wholesale accounts and global channels.
- Build category-level financial plans aligned with wholesale revenue and margin targets.
- Consolidate demand across accounts to ensure accurate production and sourcing strategies.
- Analyze historical sales, current trends, and licensing windows to drive forecast accuracy.
- Monitor performance against plan and recommend in-season adjustments as needed.
- Partner closely with Production and Sourcing to align capacity planning with forecasted demand.
- Collaborate with Merchandising to support assortment strategies by tier and distribution channel.
- Work with Sales teams to incorporate account projections and promotional strategies into forecasts.
- Support Finance with margin analysis, inventory reporting, and revenue tracking.
- Oversee inventory levels to optimize stock turns while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
- Analyze replenishment programs and quarterly projections for core and repeat styles.
- Execute post-season analyses to inform future buys and improve planning accuracy.
- Ensure timely execution of buy plans in accordance with sourcing and delivery calendars.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and seasonal performance reports to leadership.
- Conduct post-mortem analyses to identify risks and opportunities for future seasons.
- Support enhancements to planning systems and tools to improve forecasting and reporting capabilities.
- Manage planning timelines to meet internal and account-specific deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of demand planning or merchandise planning experience within the apparel industry (children’s and/or licensed experience strongly preferred).
- Proven experience supporting high-volume wholesale accounts.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze margin, inventory, and sell-through metrics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/PLM systems required.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Finance, Business, or related field required.
