Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: New York, New York
Salary: $55,000-$60,000

Responsibilities:

• Manage shipping and receiving processes for merchandise, ensuring timely delivery to U.S. retail locations and occasional shipments to Europe.
• Receive merchandise from European vendors and promptly process and dispatch goods to appropriate destinations.
• Prepare, pack, and label merchandise accurately and securely in line with brand standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments, receipts, and inventory movements within Shopify.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure merchandise is available for shops, VIP clients, and special orders without delay.
• Uphold meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and stock integrity.
• Support inventory counts, audits, and general warehouse organization as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, or logistics, preferably within apparel, fashion, or luxury retail.
• Proficiency in Shopify and strong computer skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bilingual abilities (English + another language) strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle merchandise as needed.
