Responsibilities:

Lead portfolio and innovation strategy; identify white space and line extension opportunities

Own product concepting, launch plans, briefs, and go-to-market strategies

Drive cross-functional execution across Product Dev, Packaging, Design, Legal, and Sales

Collaborate on product positioning, testing, claims, and benefit communication

Manage packaging and promo artwork from copy to final mechanicals

Maintain and present the innovation calendar to senior leadership

Analyze sales, trends, consumer insights, and competitive data to inform strategy

Develop promotional and reanimation plans; align across categories and global markets

Initiate creative asset development for omni-channel use

Coordinate marketing requests and timelines with Creative Ops

Prepare materials and presentations for key internal/external meetings
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
-
4+ years in skincare or body care marketing; luxury/premium experience preferred

Deep passion for product and innovation in beauty
-
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

Exposure to international markets and global consumer trends

Proficient in marketing research tools (e.g., WGSN, NPD)

Strategic, analytical, and creative mindset

Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
Salary: 100,000 – $115,000
