Title: Marketing Manager, Skincare

Company Description: Industry-leading multi-category premium beauty brand

Location: New York, New York

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead portfolio and innovation strategy; identify white space and line extension opportunities

  • Own product concepting, launch plans, briefs, and go-to-market strategies

  • Drive cross-functional execution across Product Dev, Packaging, Design, Legal, and Sales

  • Collaborate on product positioning, testing, claims, and benefit communication

  • Manage packaging and promo artwork from copy to final mechanicals

  • Maintain and present the innovation calendar to senior leadership

  • Analyze sales, trends, consumer insights, and competitive data to inform strategy

  • Develop promotional and reanimation plans; align across categories and global markets

  • Initiate creative asset development for omni-channel use

  • Coordinate marketing requests and timelines with Creative Ops

  • Prepare materials and presentations for key internal/external meetings
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

  • 4+ years in skincare or body care marketing; luxury/premium experience preferred

  • Deep passion for product and innovation in beauty

  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

  • Exposure to international markets and global consumer trends

  • Proficient in marketing research tools (e.g., WGSN, NPD)

  • Strategic, analytical, and creative mindset

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
     

Salary: 100,000 – $115,000
