Title: Store Manager

Location: Newport Beach, California
Salary: $75,000-$90,000

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Foster a client-centric environment focused on delivering an elevated in-store experience.
• Oversee daily store operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
• Build strong client relationships through personalized service and clienteling strategies.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent aligned with brand values.
• Analyze store metrics and take action to drive sales, profitability, and productivity.
• Maintain visual and operational standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Partner with regional and corporate teams on local marketing initiatives and special events.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of store management experience in premium, luxury, or contemporary retail (menswear experience strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for menswear, fashion, and providing best-in-class client service.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with POS systems and retail reporting tools.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
