About the Job
We’re looking for a passionate and savvy Sales Account Executive to join our growing team for a Los Angeles-based women's handbag brand. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong wholesale background to manage and expand a thriving boutique account base of 1,000–2,000 active customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Sell our seasonal collections from our Los Angeles corporate showroom
- Travel to trade shows across major markets (Las Vegas, New York, Atlanta, Dallas, Miami)
- Merchandise and organize product samples
- Keep accounts informed on current and upcoming collections
- Contribute to marketing, social media, and PR initiatives
- Maintain and service existing accounts while developing new relationships
- Partner with management to identify and grow key accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Participate in trend forecasting and market analysis
- Help maintain showroom presentation and general office needs
- Work some weekends during trade show events
- Take on other tasks as needed to support the team
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of wholesale sales experience, ideally in Handbags, Accessories, Footwear, or Apparel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both phone and email
- Highly organized and Microsoft Excel proficient
- Experience writing and processing purchase orders
- Ability to travel for trade shows as needed
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Must be a team player with a great attitude
