Overview
As a Senior Account Executive (Wholesale), you will drive our growth in the home décor market by collaborating with buyers from national chains to off-price retailers. You will blend creative insight with business acumen to guide accounts through seasonal selections, turning trend-forward designs into commercial success.
 
Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for national mass-market and off-price accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers.
  • Influence assortments based on market intelligence to drive high-volume programs.
  • Lead showroom presentations and market reviews to highlight seasonal trends.
  • Manage margin requirements and price-point negotiations to ensure P&L success.
  • Support the full order lifecycle from initial entry to final delivery.

 
Requirements:

  • 4-5+ years work experience in Wholesale/B2B sales with retailers such as but not limited to: Walmart, Target, Burlington, Home Depot, Macy's, Nordstrom, Dillard's Costco, Sephora, Ulta, BJs, Bealls, Ross, Five Below etc.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of retail merchandising, buying cycles, and category planning.

Salary: $95,000 – $120,000
*Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC*
