Salary: $46,000-$73,000 plus commission

Responsibilities:
- Deliver results that meet or exceed all key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
- Demonstrate strong understanding of retail business fundamentals, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Support execution of store business plans to maximize sales, profitability, and customer engagement
- Partner with the Store Manager to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and service team
- Deliver clear, constructive, and timely feedback to support employee growth and performance
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and elevated service standards
- Promote team compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Champion a personalized, consultative selling approach aligned with a premium, service-based environment
- Ensure every customer receives a seamless, welcoming, and memorable experience
- Maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with on-site doctors and clinical teams
- Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain a polished, luxury store presentation
- Perform administrative and operational duties, including scheduling, reporting, and cash handling
- Ensure adherence to operational processes, policies, and brand standards
- Work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and peak business periods as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience, including direct supervision of team members
- Proven success in retail sales and customer service, preferably in a high-touch or service-driven environment
- Strong understanding of retail operations, processes, and policies
- Demonstrated high-level selling and consultative sales skills
- Strong basic math skills and comfort with KPIs and performance metrics
- Experience using point-of-sale systems, computers, and basic office technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
- Ability to listen, connect, and communicate effectively with customers and team members
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Previous leadership experience in premium retail, hospitality, or customer service environments
- Knowledge of basic optics and eyewear products (training provided if not already experienced)
- Familiarity with current retail merchandise trends
- State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states
- Brand-related certifications in quality inspection, fitting, and adjusting
