The Role

We are seeking a Senior Ready-to-Wear Designer to join a growing womenswear brand, working across tailoring, outerwear, and structured product.

This is a key creative role where you will be responsible for designing and developing collections from concept through to production, working closely with technical and production teams to ensure exceptional quality and fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of RTW collections, focusing on tailoring, outerwear, and structured garments

• Design across key categories including coats, jackets, and woven apparel

• Collaborate with technical and production teams on fit, construction, and garment execution

• Drive fabric development, with strong knowledge of wools, tweeds, and premium woven fabrics

• Oversee fittings to ensure consistency in silhouette, proportion, and quality

• Create detailed tech packs and communicate effectively with suppliers and factories

• Balance creative direction with commercial awareness

• Stay informed on trends while maintaining a strong, consistent brand aesthetic

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer within womenswear (RTW)

• Strong background in tailoring and structured product

• Excellent technical knowledge of garment construction and fit development

• Experience working with wool, tweed, and premium fabrics

• Confident managing the design process from concept to production

• Strong understanding of premium product standards and customer expectations

• Highly collaborative with strong communication skills
