Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Supervisor will support the store manager in the day-to-day management of the business ensuring an exceptional customer experience. They play a key role in the store, motivating and inspiring the team to achieve productivity and sales goals. They must embody the role of Ambassador of the Brand and must be reliable, disciplined, autonomous, and proactive. They must also possess excellent leadership skills, product knowledge, and CRM expertise.
Requirements:

· Passionate about Luxury and Retail.

· Brand Ambassador

· Solid knowledge of products, trends, and sales techniques.

· Extensive experience in sales within the fashion and luxury goods sector.

· Leadership skills with an ability to work as a team in a cross-functional manner.

· Service oriented, initiative-taking abilities, commercial proposal strength while respecting the values of the Brand.

· Excellent communication skills and high team spirit.

· Talent for management, coaching, and team development.

· Proficient in computer tools.

· Evolving profile.

Salary: $33-$36/hr plus commission
